TGIF!...is what i would've screamed if it wasn't for the speech i was going to give at 9ish in the morning today but before getting up there and doing my speech i had to have a healthy fulling breakfast.
Today's breakfast :
- 1/2 c. of oats
- 1 tablespoon slivered roasted almonds
- a couple of peanut butter chips
- and about 4 whole almonds
Yummy!
I left the house with a happy tummy. I got to class about 15 minutes early and i reviewed my speech, class started and my nerves got worst. I'm a shy person so this class is hard, especially when I'm not quite prepared. I wanted to go 4th or 5th but today everyone seemed to want to go first to get it over, as did i, i took 7th place.
In my opinion i did well, i followed my out line and i didn't blank out, now everybody knows how to properly wash their hands!..(i hope)..Most of my classmates did their speech on how to cook something. I can't wait for next Friday to see the other half.
This is how the side of Hollywood looked this morning around 11am
The instructor let us out early due to Obama being at USC today because traffic might get crazy again just like when he was here a few months ago.
I didn't have my coffee this morning so i decided to have it for lunch. I really want to stop drinking coffee everyday, i had stop but i picked up the habit again -_-
Today's lunch:
- 1/3 c. pancake mix from Fiber One
- one whole banana (medium)
- 1T. semi-sweet organic chocolate chips.
Coffee:
- 1/2 t. coffee
- 1/2 t. sugar
- about 1/4 c. 1% milk

I know, this looks like breakfast right? but i like pancakes even for lunch, heck I'll even have them for dinner! my last banana was turning more brown and i was craving a pancake so i said, " what the hell, I'll make a banana pancake to go with my coffee and since its Friday I'll throw in some chocolate chips."
You see, i tend to eat healthy through out the week and i work out 4-5 times a week and then I enjoy some guilty pleasures on Friday and/or on weekends.
I don't know what I'll be doing tonight. So far my plans are to stay home and do homework to have some fun on the weekend. I might go to a baby shower tomorrow and have some margaritas and some mimosas...(don't worry, the mother won't be drinking! )
but I'm having some personal issues right now and i don't know if i can afford those alcholic calories right now =/ and then I'm going to Reseda to see my aunt and she'll have food there too, its the weekend i know but temptations will be everywhere!!!
hmm, maybe i should have held back those chocolate chips -_-
